When it comes to design, Kate O'Hara is all about functionality and simplicity of form, but she also loves incongruous pairings. That's probably why she chose to live in a city home that's more like a tree house, why she's an avid dog person who owns a cat, and why her favorite cafe offers French-Vietnamese fusion cuisine. Her real forte, however, is in marketing – where she gets to promote award-winning designs that have been featured on local and national media, including the Today Show, HGTV, and Better Homes and Gardens.   As the Director of Marketing and Business Development for Minneapolis, MN and Austin, TX-based interior design firm Martha O'Hara Interiors, Kate serves as Martha's right-hand-woman (and daughter). After being named Minnesota's Top 32 Under 32 Marketing Professionals, Kate has been asked to speak on a range of topics, including online branding, women in business, and social media. An avid analytics geek, she takes pride in MOI's status as the top interior design firm worldwide on Houzz.com and enjoys interacting with the firm's 200,000+ Facebook followers.   Kate works out of the studio's Austin, Texas office where she oversees the firm's expansion into other markets with the goal of connecting life with style from coast to coast.   Explore Kate's Website here
