She runs leadership coaching programs for women and hosts a women’s leadership workshop series. She founded Mentoring Exchanges – a mentor service that matches international development professionals with global executives and academics.
Palena lectures on MBA programs and delivers training for UN leaders at the United Nations System Staff College as well as corporate clients. Palena holds a PhD in Gender and International Relations, and her post-doctoral research focused on employee engagement. Palena speaks English and French, is a regular contributor to Forbes, Psychology Today and Harvard Business Review, and has been featured in numerous podcasts.
