A Quick Note: This episode took me a long time to edit. During the recording of this episode, something tragic happened in my life that was very close to what Chris and I discussed. This episode was originally supposed to air in May but I could not bring myself to be able to finish the project. That being said, this might be one of my favorite interviews I have ever done. Death is something that a lot of us like to avoid because we hate the idea of dealing with it. This episode sheds some light on the subject and answers some questions that we will ultimately have when we deal with the loss of a loved one. Thank you for listening to this episode. – John
We are back talking with Chris Gawel, a Family Service Advisor for Our Lady of Hope Cemetery in Brownstown, Michigan. Chris has quite an interesting background and tells us how he landed his role at the Cemetery. Further, we discuss what it means to be an Advisor and look at some of the expectations about the job.
