After a two week hiatus, The Big Show returns with Trev Downey, Karl Coppack and Kam Brainch under the supervision of producer Guy Drinkel. The intention was to have a free-wheeling chat about mostly non-footy subjects but, as usual, the lads footballed the bejeezus out of the conversation. Topics included the form of Naby Keita, the performance of the manager in recent weeks, the strongest line-up now that some injured players are returning and the importance of recapturing that swagger and stability which characterised the team in the first half of the campaign. There’s an interesting weather forecast, some conversation about bureaucracy in India and a chat about superstition which leads to some revelations about Kam’s lucky red underwear, because of course.
