Submit ReviewIn Episode 225, I re-invigorate the reviewing of disabled films and rename it Great Flix & Joysticks. On the episode today, I review Hulu’s offering, a movie called “Run”, highlighting a disabled teen and her overbearing and scary mother. In this movie we see a real life disabled person in the role as a disabled person. We explore how disability is used in this film to create an important representation in the horror / thriller genre. We stan queens Sarah Paulson and actual disabled newcomer Kiera Allen. This film is a game changer and can be accessed on HULU in the US.
