They discuss the motifs and themes of the film, the box office, the critical success and give their personal takes on the film. For the trivia segment of the show, Chris has Derek play a game of "Pick the Flick". Chris gives Derek the year and synopsis of a movie and Derek must correctly guess the title. The common thread is that all of the movies are based on the American Dream.
