On today's episode of All in the Industry®, host Shari Bayer has a special "On the Road” episode from the 18th annual Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival, which took place from February 20-24, 2019 in South Beach, Florida. The five-day festival, which was founded by Lee Schrager, brought some of the world’s best chefs together for more than 100 unique collaborative dinners, wine tastings, beach parties and cooking demonstrations.
