We talk about the issues behind actually improving diversity and inclusion for recruiters, what's going on with HBC, and then retention issues with companies working on D&I. We talk about how it's important to be aware that just because you may be comfortable in a place does not mean everyone else will be the same level of comfortability in that level. We talk about how we need to solve the issue of the lack of training, and actually doing organizational investment in younger professionals. Give people good resources to prove themselves. Look out to see if your brand responds negatively to you building your personal brand, or your personal success, that organization is toxic and you must move on quickly. The importance of seeking to invest one on one with others. Acknowledge and fill in the gaps in your network.
