This episode contains: We again record on a Sunday. Devon is holding his new child, who might make his presence known now-and-then, while recording. Steven has nothing new going on. We then start of the science by talking about the Tesla in space!

Life, Uh, Finds a Way: “A One-Two Punch May Have Helped Deck the Dinosaurs.” A study of volcanic activity shows that there was more activity just after the Chicxulub meteor struck Earth. The meteor seems to have caused a shock wave that increased volcanic activity. The study used “free-air gravity anomalies” to make this determination.

Sci-Fi: We first talk about the full Solo trailer. We’ve also gotten a better look at the Falcon and speculate how it gets transformed into the Falcon we know and love. We also talk about how Disney is planning Star Wars movies for a long way out. They’ve got two new trilogies planned! Then it’s Altered Carbon, Red Rising movie, The Cloverfield Paradox, Devon finally saw Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets, why does Netflix keep trying to make movies when they make TV shows so much better…
