With this pandemic has come isolation in ways most of us have never experienced in our lifetimes. As such mental health has become top of mind for employees and organizations. Our guest for this episode, Alires Almon (https://www.linkedin.com/in/aliresalmon/), is the Director of Innovation at Mental Health Center of Denver. We talk about the effects of isolation on different groups of people and communities as well as how this isolation mimics what deep space astronauts will experience and have to overcome in order to survive missions to Mars and beyond. Check out the Mental Health Center of Denver's website for more information and resources during this COVID-19 pandemic: https://mhcd.org/covid19/
