We know you know that social media is a polished/chosen view of people's lives. But knowing this may not be enough; repeated exposure is linked to so many unhealthy attitudes and behaviors - depression, anxiety, eating disorders, cyberbullying, isolation, loneliness, alcohol and drug use and misuse, suicidal ideation, and risky sexual behaviors. Sure, we also find positives in social media use, but what does all of this mean for sex, intimacy, and relationships?
