Submit ReviewIn this episode, I sit down with a researcher from Toronto's Holland Bloorview Children's Rehabilitation Hospital to talk about a new study that she enlisted me and others to help her on, looking at how to talk to disabled kids and their healthcare providers about sex, sexuality and sexual health promotion. A whole lot of questions and conversation arise from this, as we talk about how we can combat ableism in this area, what it's like to put on a study like this, why there aren't more research based discussions on the topic, why healthcare providers might be scared and more! Enjoy!
You can get in touch with Amy about the study via e-mail at: amcpherson@hollandbloorview.ca or on Twitter @AmyCMcpherson
