Mathew was the Executive Sous Chef at Per Se in NYC, and the 2017 Head Chef of Team USA, winning first place at the prestigious Bocuse d'Or international culinary competition in Lyon, France a few weeks ago. Philip was Executive Sous Chef of The French Laundry in Yountville, CA, and won international claim in 2015, winning Silver at the Bocuse d'Or competition.
