This week, I’m thrilled to introduce you to Eryn Johnson. Eryn is a breathwork facilitator, tarot reader, and Reiki Master based in Fishtown, Philadelphia. She is also the host of the Living Open podcast for mystics and seekers.

Eryn is here to school us on embodiment! She shares her journey from yoga teacher to reiki practitioner and breathwork facilitator, and explains why embodiment has become the center of her life’s work.

Eryn rejects the idea that emotions preclude professionalism, and talks about the balance of being tender while holding space for her clients’ tenderness. We talk about centering humanity in our work, the vulnerability of trying new things, and letting go of what no longer serves. Eryn shares the ways she takes care of herself through fear and stays centered on what works in her business.

Join me this week as Eryn reminds this air sign about the importance of feelings and coming back down to earth.
