The fallout of the Sean Monahan trade is beginning to settle for the Montreal Canadiens as they made a pair of roster moves on Sunday morning to address their centre depth. The team recalled forward Lucas Condotta from the Laval Rocket as expected, but also added another rumored named to the NHL roster as well. Brandon Gignac signed a brand new, two-year, two-way deal with the Canadiens that will extend his deal until the end of the 2024-2025 season.
