Submit ReviewWe have two animated films on tap this week. First we discuss Kubo and the Two Strings (2016), an impressive and imaginative film about a boy and his complicated family dynamics. Then we discuss the Netflix original The Little Prince (2015). Directed by Mark Osborne, one of the directors of the original Kung Fu Panda, this film is based on the esoteric and philosophical children's book The Little Prince. Then we introduce a new segment Pet Peeves where we discuss cinematic annoyances and over used clichés. Nick gets annoyed by unrealistic phone conversations and it really gets Joe's dander up when characters say things like, "Hey you remember when we were kids…". Then we discuss the long awaited 50th episode where we will finally square off on The Dark Knight. One of Joe's favorite films and one that Nick really doesn't like.
As always thanks to @SumKilla for our amazing theme song and bumper music.
