Happy New Year everyone! To celebrate this episode I'm dropping my recipe for my typical New Year's Eve Boneless Prime Rib Roast that I'll be making on the day this releases. As part of that this week's episode is a celebration of BEEF! I'll talk about my trip a couple months back to the Beef 'n Brew Restaurant in Geneva, NY and my pan-seared ribeye recipe. Overall the experience was something of a mixed bag. From being out of the first two beers I requested, to small wings, to a lifeless unsalted steak, and the generally mixed experience of the rest of our party, this is one dining experience we kinda wish we could take back.
