Welcome everyone to a brand new season of the RestauRant Podcast! You'll notice a few changes if you're a long-time listener of the show... I'm now aiming for a 30-ish minute runtime each week with one break, and restaurant reviews will be on their own minisodes from now on. I wanted the split focus because my restaurant trips are so often local, but my audience is worldwide!

On this week's show, I'm introducing two new segments... the Tasty Challenge and RestauRant Revisited! In the Tasty Challenge, I'll take a recipe from www.tasty.com and correct any issues I see with it to try to deliver something even more amazing... and in Revisited, I'll go back to recipes from the first three seasons and give them another shot so I can make them better. Check out recipes this week for Fresh Fruit Salsa and Sweet and Sour Baby Back Ribs as well as a riff on my original pancake syrup recipe that I added some blueberries to.
