Welcome everyone to another new episode of the RestauRant Podcast and, as we discussed last week, it is Mexican week here on the show! Or, well... I want it to be. I really want it to be, but sadly, I totally forgot one of my ingredients for my burrito and my homemade pico de gallo was WAY too cilantro-heavy. All this and I made salsa that about burned my mouth out! Let's hope that Mexican Week II is better than the first attempt!

Also this week, check out my review of the brand new Dos Rios Cantina in downtown Binghamton and not one but TWO Recipes of the Week this week... my recipes for Banana Bread and Smoked Baby Back Ribs!

Summary: I never got to go inside since we ate out on Main Street, but this new Mexican restaurant is headed for great things. If you've got an appetite, do a couple orders of tacos or an entree; the flavors are bold and vibrant, and the tequila menu alone makes me want to go back for more every time. 4 stars (aggregate average was 77.5%).
