This week on the show, it's an ode to beef! This week's dinner review is from my trip to Remlik's in downtown Binghamton a couple months back where I had some of their delicious prime rib, and in the recipe of the week I'm whipping up some amazing brisket smash burgers topped with bacon and an over-easy egg.

Also this week, a recipe I've talked about on the show before, but now I'm cooking it for all of you guys: it's the shepherd's pie recipe from the Kitchen Counter Podcast. I definitely made some amendments which you can see in the facebook group, but to see the original head to http://kitchencounterpodcast.com/recipe/shepherds-pie/, with a huge thank you to Roger for this amazing recipe.

Summary: A fantastic steak and clams dinner that was let down by an extremely lackluster dessert. Without that dessert this was a near-perfect experience.
