Hello one and all and welcome... to a tale of two chilis. That's right, it's chili week here on the RestauRant and we've got two recipes that I cooked for the show this week, including a recipe featured on Three Cocks in a Pot back in August where Adam, the host of Everyone Has a Podcast, whipped up his Chili Con Loco. The recipe was to die for! Not only was Adam's recipe great, but I also whipped up a new chili recipe that includes one of my favorite cooking techniques, reduction.

I'll also be talking about the "award winning" chili recipe that I wrote for our good friend Dan, host of Netflix 'n Swill, who won an office chili cookoff with the recipe. Thank you very much for listening! For recipes from this episode and to interact in my fan-interactive segments, join my facebook group at http://www.facebook.com/groups/restaurantpod. You can also submit your own recipes for me to make! Bon appetit!
