It's Sunday and we're just a few days away from Thanksgiving, to where you should be thinking about the preparations that will go into your meal. On this week's episode, I'll talk about the recipe I put together for the brine I'll be using on my turkey and I'm giving some tips to help you have a less-stressful turkey day overall.

Also this week, I have been doing a lot of cooking! I talked about my apple cider BBQ sauce in a previous episode, and this week it goes into some delicious fall-themed homemade pulled pork. And, in the recipe of the week segment this week, I'm geting weird with meatloaf. Granny Smith apples and Nitro milk stout? What could this mean?
