This week on the show I'm hitting the road again to head to Chipotle Mexican Grill in Vestal, NY, a higher-end chain that prides itself on fresh food and fresh ingredients with a really quick turn-around time. Good friend of the show Dan from Netflix 'n Swill loves this place, so I know he's eager to hear how it turned out!

Also this week, aside from a kickin' red wine chocolate ganache that I'll talk about during this week in food, I decided to put a spin on this week's Recipe of the Week segment by buying a bunch of random ingredients and seeing what I could turn them into. The results were even more than I possibly could have expected.
