They're going to be sharing about the launch of the Wella Colour Higher Level Diploma, an industry first accredited degree-level education thats a major step forward in recognising the professionalism and technical acumen needed to be a true colour expert. A diploma that focuses on credibility and progressiveness in the industry, following the 70-20-10 learning principle, Katie says of it, "Anyone that wants to educate themselves to a degree level recognised throughout Europe can now do so in this industry." I love it and I know after listening in, you'll love it too! As we go deeper into the podcast we also discuss the evolving nature of the hairdressing industry and why hairdressing is so much more that just a job.
