I love a great story of dedication, commitment and romance. Well this podcast today certainly ticks all of them boxes, as I'm sitting down for a conversation with husband and wife and hairdressing duo, Jack Mead and Lydia Wolfe. I only really got to know about Jack and Lydia over the last year through their growing presence on social media. But away from the high profile personas that they have created, is an incredible story that goes much deeper into this talented young couple. Through hard work and a passion for what they want out of life, they have gone about setting up their boutique hair salon 'Jack and the Wolfe' in a gorgeous coastal village in the South of England. Jack and Lydia will be revealing how they took the risk of setting up their salon business whilst still developing a blossoming new relationship, and all on a limited budget. It's a great listen for all of you wanting some guidance on how opening a salon doesn't have to take huge amounts of money. But you will need to ask yourself these two questions: What are you prepared to give up to making this happen? How emotionally ready are you for running your own business? I have so much respect for Jack and Lydia. Not only for all the industry accolades and determination they have, but more for simply being a lovely humble couple who are carving out the best future they can, for both them and their daughter.
