Originally an accountant and business consultant & systems expert who has worked in corporate finance for 24 years, Collette decided to follow her first career dream and retrained to be a hairdresser. Now the owner Director of Hairven Salon Groups Collette says, "I love everything about our tribe, our passion, our vision and creativity." A pillar of strength and inspiration to salon owners and hairdressers alike throughout these difficult times of the pandemic, Collette created the 'Salon Owners United' facebook group. A community where salon owners and hairdressers alike come together to share support and advice, the groups mantra of 'We Are Stronger Together' rings out aloud. Collette is a beacon of positive light, who is helping to unite the industry to a joint common cause.
