This is the inaugural episode of "Black & White with You & Me, hosted by comedians Mike Casentini and Pedro Hernandez (aka Black Pedro). The shows overall focus is on social issues, race, politics, entertainment, and anything else we feel like talking about. We get down to the black and white on every issue. Maybe we will agree and maybe we won't, you'll just have to listen and find out. We hope we can at least give you a perspective worth considering while at the same time entertaining.
In this episode, the guys spend the hour focused on their feelings as it relates to the following items happening in the world today:
1. Ray Race, Bill Cosby and how it pertains to violence against women. 2. Racism and Aggressive Cops, what's the deal with that. 3. The movie, "The Interview," and Freedom of Speech.
Near the end of the show, we feature (2) individual segments.
Segment #1: "Pedro Ponders" by Black Pedro. He reacts to the plight of black actors in the entertainment business.
Segment #2: "Knock It Off Already!" by Mike Casentini. Mike explains how he feels about Iggy Azalea, and it just might not suit your "Fancy!"
