The AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson COVID vaccines have been in the news recently, suspected of causing a rare blood clotting issue in a small number of people who receive them. What is going on with these two vaccines, while the Moderna and Pfizer/BioNTech vaccines don't seem to have this problem?
