Submit ReviewControversial it may be, but we lowkey think society hates teenage girls. Okay - maybe high-key? At least high-key enough to make a podcast episode about it!
Being a teenage girl sounds like all glitz and glam but if you’ve been there, you know it’s def not. It’s not all bad, but being a teenage girl can be awkward and sometimes scary. And people constantly shitting on the things you like and judging your every move does not make it any easier. (i.e. Twilight and literally any boy band ever)
You may roll your eyes at teenagers, and they sure roll theirs right back, but teenage girls are really important to our society. These girls grow up and become the women of our future. And not to mention usually everything they like becomes wildly successful.
Jaqueline and I (Taylor) talk about our experiences at teenagers, the hate teenage girls receive from each other and society, and why it all should matter to us.
