David Clapper is a long-time media marketing and branding professional with 20+ years of experience in promotion, marketing, and branding.

From launching the successful Classic Hits radio station, 97-1 The River in Atlanta - to the creation of its eclectic sister station at 97-7 - The OTHER Side of The River - David Clapper has transitioned into other areas of media in the last few years. After a short stint with Nashville based record company - Big Loud Records, David has launched his own business Scamper Van LLC and spent some time as the Ad Directory of the legendary ALT/Weekly Newspaper in Atlanta - Creative Loafing.

Outside of launching the brand and business for Scamper Van, David has been a hired hand to assist in amazing Atlanta area events like Food That Rocks and the Southern Wing Showdown as well as regional promotions rep for Canada’s FOD Records.

David has thrived in the creation and execution of the ideas of others as well as building a vision and implementing his own successes as an entrepreneur.
