It’s the most wonderful time of the year, but sometimes we lose track of how we’re treating ourselves amidst all the love we’re trying to show everyone else.  The holidays, while very special, can be super strenuous on you!  Practice self-care this year, making sure to take time for yourself and honor your feelings and health.
