As a woman who frequently changes her hairstyle and who has been natural for almost 3 years now, I have had my share of uncomfortable comments about my hair throughout my career

In light of recent New York legislation banning hair discrimination from New York employers, today I share some of the lessons I’ve learned on navigating these encounters in the most effective way.
