It was an Elimination Chamber event for the ages!
The women’s edition of the event started off with a wicked Jade Cargill heel run. Her attack on Naomi was sold BEAUTIFULLY by Bianca Belair, who eventually won the match and will wrestle for the World Title at Mania.
Trishy Time was a fun way to keep the Canadians happy (necessary after they booed the national anthem).
With how badly Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn beat each other, we have to wonder if this was just the first of two brawls between the two former besties– with the next one to come at WrestleMania.
And the highlight of the night was the men’s elimination chamber. With tons of rivalries playing out and all won by the beloved John Cena… put a pin in that.
Main Event: John Cena turns heel
After a brief stare down between Cena and Cody, The Rock came out to the ring to collect on his demand for the champion's soul. When Cody dropped an F Bomb to refuse, that would lead to one of WWE's biggest taboos: John Cena turning heel, kicking Cody right in the balls, smacking him bloody with the belt and aligning with the Final Boss… and Travis Scott.
