This week's nominee for the Psychotronic Hall of Fame is Duncan Jones' 2009 sci-fi film MOON, starring Sam Rockwell.

In addition to talking about the film, we dive a little further into just what defines a film as "psychotronic." Does MOON fit into that definition? We discuss everything from the film's production design, its connections to cerebral sci-fi films of the 70s, Jones' direction and Sam Rockwell's career-defining performance.

And if you're wanting something a bit more heavy, we get all existential while talking about the film's deeper themes (and boy are they deep). Don't worry! We don't let things get too serious. There are still plenty of inappropriate jokes.

We’d love to hear from you! Contact us at any of the social media accounts listed below or give us a call at (864) 372-9931 and leave us a voicemail of 3 minutes or less and we’ll play it on the next show!
