It's Fight Week for Geoff Neal and Khaos Williams as they make final preparations for their bouts this Saturday.

For Belal Muhammad, it should have been Fight Week, but a positive test for COVID on Monday changed his plans. He shared his raw emotions with us hours after he posted that his fight with Dhiego Lima was off.

Fight fans saw Geoff Neal in his first UFC main event promotions last weekend, which included a particularly pointed threat from Geoff's opponent, Stephen Wonderboy Thompson. Geoff hadn't seen the promos, so Forrest had to tell him what Wonderboy said... on air.

Meanwhile, Khaos Williams has been working with a professional boxer as he tunes up for his fight against Michel Pereira, but his main struggles during camp have been trying to keep his family and friends from distracting him. Forrest tells a few memorable stories about what his network expected from him during Fight Week, and how much it used to drive him crazy.

Plus, all three fighters tell you what they do in the last hours before a fight. And in a particularly memorable moment, Belal tells us what it's like in the very final moments before a fight: backstage, you run into other fighters, your opponent, other coaches, and so much more. What actually happens back there?
