Mental Moment w/ Money: Seasonal Affective Disorder. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that comes and goes with the seasons, typically starting in the late fall and early winter and going away during the spring and summer. Money's suggestion is to get as much vitamin D as possible, then try the S.A.F.E. Space Exercise. For 5 minutes write out some songs, activities, foods, and/or exercises that make you feel well. How did you discover them?
