Peggy Baudon is a VIA certified Italian Wine Ambassador and holds the WSET Diploma certification. Her background is in education but was pulled into the world of wine 8 years ago. She has applied her experience as a neurodevelopmental learning specialist to wine by developing a course about how to study wine better. The course focuses on how to study wine from a brain-based perspective in order to absorb more details; understand the material more deeply; optimize focus and concentration; and increase brain energy and performance. She is also passionate about Italian wine and works part-time as a sommelier with an Italian-focused wine list in her home of Victoria, Canada.
