Welcome to Episode 1819 in which host Giulia Stocchetti interviews Martina Boezio this week on The Next Generation where young Italian wine people 30 and under shake up the wine scene.
More about today’s guest
Martina Boezio was born in 2001 in Staffolo, a small village in the Marche region, an area well known for the production of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi.
Thanks to her mother Rosella Zaccagnini and her father Franco Boezio who carried out this interest in viticulture, she developed a great passion for wines that we can describe as a gesture of love towards the land in which her entire family has its roots.
She is currently a law student in the University of Macerata and she is determined to make her dreams come true but, at the same time, she has the intention of continuing the family business, founded by her grandfather Mario Zaccagnini 50 years ago.
Now days she represent the third generation , she is an active part of the family and all she want to do is preserve the past and look to the future with the intention of creating something even better
