Disclaimer: We are not medical professionals and everything we talk about is from our experiences and our opinions only. Although we start out joking around like normal, we do dive into a pretty heavy topic. Suicide is discussed as well. Please use caution when listening around younger kids.
This week we go into detail about what it’s like to struggle with anxiety and depression as well as what it’s like to be with someone who struggles with it. Everyone experiences mental illness differently, our goal is to just bring more awareness. We reference a website several times throughout the episode. *You can find the link to that here:

Before diving into the heavy topic, you’ll still here some randomness from us. Apparently, Lindsay knows all about bantering and even knows who Bruce “Banter” is. Perry gets a little confused about the “gynecology” of Canada. (Yes, we know the word we were looking for is geology although we never said it). We also put the “dic” in dictionary and please forgive us when talking about the word “dice.” Please know we were in no way trying to be offensive to anyone.
Of course we threw in some PodStuff talk.
