We discuss the much publicized case of a Kentucky man who explicitly told his company he didn't want a birthday party due to his anxiety, and then they threw him one anyway, triggering a panic attack. He was subsequently fired and he sued the company and won 450k in lost wages and damages for mental anguish. We also briefly discuss the lifting of the airplane mask mandate.
