Welcome to Episode 1625 on Italian Wine Podcast, Wine, Food & Travel With Marc Millon. Today, he will be interviewing Anna Nardi More about today’s winery Anna's story begins amidst the lush vineyards, where she cherished her earliest memories at Perlage, playing with toy trucks on the office floor. Her childhood was defined by sun-soaked September days, hand-harvesting grapes alongside her nonnis and family. With a degree from the University of Gastronomic Science in Pollenzo, founded by Carlo Petrini (Slow Food President), Anna's journey took a fascinating turn. She pursued a first-level master's in Tourism and gained diverse experience across the industry. But Anna's heart led her back to her roots, where she now invests her passion in the remarkable family project. As the force behind Perlage's exports to the USA and Canada, she's also the proud family brand ambassador of the first-ever organic winery in the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene region. Discover Perlage, the epitome of sustainability, as it remains the only 100% organic, vegan, and BCorp certified winery in its denomination. Anna is today uncorking the secrets of Perlage's exceptional wines and her journey in the world of wine Connect: Website:www.perlagewines.com Instagram www.instagram.com/anna_perlagewines/ LinkedIn www.linkedin.com/in/anna-nardi-1a4a17155 Facebook www.facebook.com/PerlageOrganicWines More about the host Marc Millon: Marc Millon, VIA Italian Wine Ambassador 2021, has been travelling, eating, drinking, learning and writing about wine, food and travel for nearly 40 years.
