Submit Review“So, when are you gonna have kids?”, is not an icebreaker question. The practice of careless formalities in our society, have caused a lot more damage than necessary. Has our lives really turned into a shopping list, that we have to self-impose, our list to our surroundings for the comfort validation of being “normal”?
In Episode 14, I get to sit down with a dear friend, Zee, a co-founder & one half of PlayPause as she opens up about her journey through infertility.
We reminisced about how we met - Beats Society, a once Hip Hop organisation in SG, talked about PLayPause's success, when she discovered she was infertile, what Prolactinoma is, how Wan, her husband has been her strongest support system & how she persevered through the difficult times, among other topics.
To anyone who is suffering from the repercussions of infertility or anyone who can relate to this, I hope in some ways, your heart is cured with laughter & hope after listening to this.
This story wouldn't be out if it was not for both of you, Zee & Wan. Thank you for being an inspiration to me and soon, so many others.
