(Sar - Poi)   In this episode, I had the honour to have Sar as my guest. She shared with me her interest in doing poi as her hobby.   Doing circles isn’t your only limits with poi, once you understand the physics of it you can do a whole bunch of moves to create some awesome patterns and tricks. However, poi is much more than a simple ball on a string, there’s a deep and rich history attached to it.
