Joe Ewing is Colorado native from the Denver area. Joe is former outward bound instructor, a river and mountain guide & an EMT. He has a degree from University of Colorado in Political Science and Economics, MBA in Social Entrepreneurship from Colorado State University. Joe is currently the co-founder at Desta Technologies, a client lead generation platform for freelance guides and adventure outfitters
 
Britten Ferguson grew up in Eastern Washington before going to the business school at the University of Washington. His work as a bilingual guide and educator motivated him to start Revolución, a bike travel business that takes people on inspired cycling adventures throughout Latin America.
