Keegan McColl is the co-founder of
Slipstream, commonly referred to as the Netflix for adventure films.
Always passionate about the outdoors and the environment, Keegan has rock climbed in Oman, paddled the Arctic Circle and surfed all 3 coasts of Africa. Keegan studied at The Williams School of Business at Bishop's University, worked at Hootsuite before starting Slipstream. Keegan grew up on Saltspring Island, a unique community off the coast of British Columbia that served as the initial stomping grounds of that passion for the outdoors, adventure, and photography that lead him to start Slipstream.
On this episode we discuss how his childhood shaped his career, the reaction of the outdoor community after the launch of Slipstream and advice he would give to fellow outdoor entrepreneurs.
