The highest grossing movie of the year inspired more movies to be created in this genre, gave us tons of quotable lines, and even began the home video industry. Why do we enjoy it? Enjoy Music People couldn’t get enough of Top Gun in ‘86. The soundtrack gave us a ton of radio hits. Kenny Loggins, Cheap Trick, Berlin, the list goes on. Action combined with romance, all in a nice pop music package. What’s on your playlist?
