Endometriosis is a chronic and debilitating condition that causes painful or heavy periods and can also cause infertility, fatigue and bowel/bladder problems. Around 1.5 million women in the UK are currently living with the condition which affects an estimated 1 in 10 women. In this episode I speak to Parysa Hosseini-Sech about her struggle to get diagnosed and the impact the condition has had on her life. Parysa also shares her top tips on coping with a long-term chronic pain condition and how she has created her resilient mindset.
