Submit ReviewEmployers across Australia will be required to actively prevent sexual harassment, discrimination and other unlawful conduct in the workplace.
It comes as the Australian Human Rights Commission will also be granted broad inquisitorial powers to enforce that duty for employers to eliminate such conduct in their workplaces. It's one of the most significant changes brought about as a result of the Commission's historic Respect@Work report.
