The annual inflation rate has come in at 3.6 percent for April, and it's had economists warning that the RBA may have to respond by increasing interest rates. Economic adviser to Judo Bank, Warren Hogan says without raising rates now Australians will only face much higher inflation down the track. He says since the late 90s we've re-politicised interest rates and warns "politicians are playing with fire."
