A former hair colorist, college dropout, and reckless warrior, Gianna is an international yoga teacher sharing practices steeped in confrontation. All yoga practices are mirrors. Seats to take and reflect. Ways to see our truth. Our current states, and our infinite potential. Working to lead people to the point where they sit with their true reflection, Gianna’s guidance dances the line of light hearted and thick, subtle and intense, and exertion and ease.
